Al construirlaWhile you build it

Los prompts no llevan un solo dato tuyo. Le piden a tu IA un script, no un análisis: pegas texto genérico, te devuelve código, y ese código lo corres tú contra tus archivos reales. Tu IA nunca ve una transacción, un pulso o un país tuyo — a menos que se lo pegues tú aparte, por ejemplo para depurar un error.The prompts don't carry a single fact about you. They ask your AI for a script, not an analysis: you paste generic text, it hands back code, and you run that code against your real files yourself. Your AI never sees a transaction, a heartbeat or a country of yours — unless you paste one in separately, say to debug an error.

Al usarlaWhile you use it

El resultado es HTML estático: sin formulario, sin cuenta, sin analítica, sin servidor propio. Una vez construida, la página no manda nada a ningún lado — ni a mí, ni a la IA que la escribió.The result is static HTML: no form, no account, no analytics, no server of its own. Once built, the page sends nothing anywhere — not to me, not to the AI that wrote it.

Dónde sí se rompe la garantíaWhere the guarantee actually breaks

  • Si pegas tus datos reales en el chat — para depurar, para pedir un análisis — esos datos viajan a los servidores de ese proveedor de IA.If you paste your real data into the chat — to debug, to ask for an analysis — that data travels to that AI provider's servers.
  • Si usas un entorno que procesa tus archivos por ti (Cowork es el ejemplo del kit), esos archivos se leen fuera de tu máquina, aunque tú nunca escribas el dato a mano.If you use an environment that processes your files for you (Cowork is the kit's example), those files are read off your machine, even though you never typed the data by hand.
  • El prompt médico de la receta de salud es la excepción explícita: ahí sí pegas un reporte real, y ese reporte sí viaja — el prompt mismo te lo advierte antes de que pegues nada.The medical prompt in the health recipe is the explicit exception: there you do paste a real report, and it does travel — the prompt itself warns you before you paste anything.

Y no hace falta que me creas: se revisa. Un script que solo transforma un archivo en otro no necesita requests, urllib, httpx ni socket. Si aparecen en las primeras líneas, pregúntale a tu IA para qué están ahí — un script sin librerías de red no puede mandar nada a ningún lado, y eso se ve en diez segundos sin saber programar. Cada receta trae además su propia nota, "Dónde correrla", con el nivel real: salud y gastos son sensibles y quedan marcadas para tu máquina; mapa y viaje no importan porque no hay nada que perder si pasan por un servidor.And you don't have to take my word for it: check. A script that only turns one file into another doesn't need requests, urllib, httpx or socket. If those show up in the first few lines, ask your AI why they're there — a script with no networking library can't send anything anywhere, and that's visible in ten seconds without knowing how to code. Every recipe also carries its own "Where to run it" note with the real level: health and expenses are sensitive and marked for your machine; the map and the trip recipe don't matter because there's nothing to lose if they pass through a server.

What actually gives me peace of mind, dated and sourced: on Free, Pro and Max accounts you decide whether your data trains future models — it isn't on by default.
